      image Cris was super helpful and caring. She went the extra mile to help resolve my issue with a double payment on my auto loan and was able to get the manager to reverse the transaction. Very satisfied.

      image This place is by far the WORST institution I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. No matter if you try calling or going in in person youre going to wait in a ridiculously long line and chances are they wont be able to help you. For over two years I have been trying to make car payments online. And for two years they havent been able to figure it out. Saying Im infuriated is an understatement. Weve been forced to pay a $5 fee for paying over the phone this whole time. SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE- use a different credit Union!
