I have been a member for almost 2 decades, when it was formerly PSCU. I can honestly say, I have never had an issue with any branch. We don't even live in Colorado any longer and things are seemless. The services they provide are only getting better.
No complaints and I highly recommend!

Absolutely HORRIBLE MEMBER SERVICE!!! My father wanted to open an account when we lived in Colorado. Employee told him I had to be on his account as well. Things changed and he moved back to Missouri. Canvas would not let either one of us change addresses, get a new bank card or close the account!!! RIDICULOUS!!!! Canvas has now extremely stressed out my 77yr old father! So he had to go with another credit union more locally and have an employee call canvas to get the account closed!! I'm very surprised this business is still in operation!!! Quit giving people especially the elderly a hard time when dealing with THEIR OWN MONEY!!!Do better or close down!!!!

Literally waited 3 months for a GAP refund check. Now they are holding it for 10 more days! Christine in your insurance dept literally is supposed to be working directly with Autonation. I gave her all the information needed. I have all the direct contact information needed for both the GAP insurance company and my dealership. But nobody returns calls with Canvas. This is a disgusting abuse of banking power to withhold money, gain interest off holding it and neglect your customers. After Canvas got sued for failing to pay GAP refunds totaling in millions of dollars to customer they continue the same behavior. Im very glad I refinanced my vehicle and no longer have to work with Canvas. AVOID THIS BANK! I am forwarding my complaint to the AG office.
