1) I have been misled by this institution time and time again due to poor communication between me and ACU. I was blamed for 100% of the miscommunication when ever explaining my situation. 2)Dorene and Daniel are both individuals that have poor people skills regarding individuals in need. Dorene has also passed judgement has injected herself into my personal life which is completely rude and unprofessional. 3) I would never recommend this credit union because their mission to assist those in need financially at a micro level has fallen short in my own experience.

I'd give less if I could. This place takes days and up to a week to deposit an established direct deposit. No one ever answers the phone and 9 times out of ten when I call, the answering message says that they are closed. I wanted to go to a credit union because I know they're better for the employees that work there but at this point, I'm looking to get my money that was directly deposited over night on the 6th of March (it is now the 9th) and go to another bank. At this point the direct deposit was sent on the 6th and I'll be waiting until the 11th at the earliest for an electronic, established direct deposit. They've charged me everyday for having a low account though. Seems like it should be illegal. I wouldn't come to this bank if it was the last option. This place is beyond awful. I do not recommend this place at all.
