branch and there was 1 teller who was
assisting a customer. After waiting about
10min I still had not received service or at
least an acknowledgement of being there
and assistance would be shortly. Finally
after about 15min the kind gentleman who
was being helped told the teller to stop and
go ahead and take care of me. I still waited
as the teller finished up what he was in the
middle of. I did my business. Another
employee came to the front and offered
assistance to the gentleman who had
already been assisted. It was
embarrassing, being ignored and just
standing there. This is my first bad
experience that definitely leaves me with a
lasting impression.
