There is number of discrepancies between Amazon and UPS return processes. The personnel, including store owner is not really qualified to solve these discrepancies.

Love these folks! I print all my Stuff there and they had cheap KN95s and Hand Sanitizer during Covid and laminated my Covid Card for free.
