Been there today, and I can honestly say the staff at this location are very professional, courteous. And the vibe between these three musketeers provide a cool, fun and friendly atmosphere while they work. Alexander and David helped us out with the livescan, and the whole process went smoothly. Shout out to the other dude at the counter. Unfortunately, I did not get to ask for your name! Keep up the good work vibe boys!

Usually I get assisted by someone else but today I was out of luck and was helped by someone named "Johnny". Who was extremely rude and unprofessional; asking me several times if I have heard him and to repeat everything he had said. I can tell he did not like my accent since the start of the conversation, so if you have one, time to choose a different UPS.
He did not bother trying to listen to what I had to say, he was treating me very rudely. All I kept thinking is what is this person named "Johnny" going through in his life that he has to take it on someone else? Please time off so he can deal with life or a job where he doesn't have to deal with customers. I understand not everyone is made to be on the customer service field. I just hope things on his end get resolved fast, out of consideration for everyone that visits this specific UPS.

They are great. Very helpful and dont charge u for every little thing like taping the package.
