The owner doesnt know anything about shipment ! He was not helpful and doesnt understand and speak English well ! Wants to charge all the customers for a small piece of tape ! Know nothing about the paper works of a shipment ! No employee to speed up his business to help people waiting for a long time . I was so stressed out till my package arrived at the destination. Will never go back there again ! The previous owner was a very nice guy and they have been helpful

Incredibly rude owner and terrible customer service. Ive gone to this place several times and even when you buy something, he throws the receipt at you. Ive had a conversation with him about it and it does not seem that he cares at all. Would not recommend this store to anyone.

Have had a second package not make it out and get lost , this place is the worst shipping store I have ever used, will never use again.

Just called to get information on how much a box is, as it isn't specified on the site. Called saying "Hi, I have a few questions-" only to immediately get cut off and yelled at on how only customers could call the number, which I received from the site...

Probably a miscommunication due to English not being his first language, and it important to me to understand what he was saying about my legal document notarization, but the gentleman got quite rude when I asked him to repeat. And it turned out he hadnt understood what I was looking for anyhow so I wasted the trip. Im sure hes usually a nice man, just didnt work out for me.
