I've had nothing but great service with this branch. My account was hacked - not due their fault - and they were able to get me hooked up with a new account that same day. Everything went very smoothly. My ONLY issue is their hours. Anytime I want to go into the office, I have to take an hour from work. I wish they would have at least one day a week where they were open until 5 pm. Maybe adjust their hours to be from 10 am - 5 pm. That would be very helpful.

Just found out they had a data breach of confidential information of children with bank accounts there. The breach included the names, SSN, DOB, phone number, debit card number and home addresses of minors. They're offering a free year of "credit monitoring" which, honestly, misses the point. Sure, I'm worried about my child's credit getting messed up, but I'm much more worried about random people on the internet knowing my child's name, age, and where to find them (e.g. our address).
