Worst customer service ever. Deposit cash (more than $1500) through ATM on Sunday. There is paper clip and ATM took all the money in. It gave me small receipt stating a phone number to call. Call and file the claim. Wait few hours, I figure to call the branch directly. The lady picked up the phone is very rude and blame me for putting paper clip to damage the ATM. Her tone and attitude are like it is all my fault and not being understanding it is large amount and I never intended to put a paperclip on the money. Chase should re-train all these employees with customer service skill.

This is a atm only bank, no more teller. Getting rid off employee and replacing them with machine.

It is a different concept of banking. The exterior of the bank is no different than most other Chase Banks, boring and brown, but this Chase Bank has plenty of parking (despite how busy the shopping center is), 2 disabled parking spaces (could have more), there is a drive-thru, secured ATMs at the entrance if the bank is closed, and another ATM inside. The Interior of the bank is something else. An open floor concept, and when you walk in the bank, there is no bank teller line or teller desk, but instead there is someone there to greet and direct you to a teller. Then a bank teller comes up to handle the transacation. I think Chase is trying to eliminate a number of bank teller positions and trying to capture the Millenial Generation, but not my preference as a Generation Xer. But if you need to talk privately, there is the option to sit at a desk with a bank representative as well. This was my first time here, and I have seen this open floor banking in Lafayette Chase location. Also, there is coffee, teas and some selection of candies to choose from.
