        Worst store. They don't try to help customers at all. Do not go here. They give tmobile a bad rep. They don't know theire own policies. Don't bother looking up policies. Go to store in Montclair 6min away

        Horrible waited 20 minutes to be handed a phone to make a cash payment in the store I'm in bad medical condition and the gal in this store dials phone hands it to me walks off tmobil hung upon me and then the gal walks up with 2 other customers asks if it was taken care of I responded you guys hun on me Iknow I don't look good but that isn't any reason to didmstance yourself
