Horrible company. I had canceled them a year and a half ago but they still continued to charge my bank account every month and taking over $600 a year for a service that I did not use at all because I assumed the account was canceled. It seems like I am not the only one they do this to. If they do not refund my money, I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau

Basically was robbed of roughly $600 from my business for service / equipment that I never used or even received because I canceled (in which Pat confirmed) that he would do. He never did, and I was still billed for a service that I never, even once used. Pat (who seemingly) was generally not in office or unavailable supervisor Amber literally says that because I didnt reply to Pats email inquiring why Im cancelling order, that it wasnt cancelled. Even though in the prior email Pat, clearly stated I will cancel your order/ contract. Amber was completely dismissal of that entire fact, and essentially I had to pay an additional $350 cancellation fee, for a service that I never used, with the presumption that it was being cancelled (per Pat), just to stop the monthly service charge from being deducted from my business bank account. P.s. I still have emails to back claim

Placed an order for hardware from this company, and it never arrived! Beware! These folks are crooks!

If you want the worst customer service then this is the place for you. Ask for Bryan pelto for a personal insult.

This is a great company! I was able to speak with a representative right away. They answered all of my questions and stepped me through the process. Very kind and patient. I would definitely recommend this company and will continue to do business with them.
