Ben, I was looking and listening to the calls that came in yesterday and noticed that a customer did not want to give her information to my answering service. So, I called her phone number from your program. She was very appreciative that I called her back and we booked an appointment to replace her vent system. Was able to get started today with their service. We are excited to see what this tool can do for our call center.
