S & S Bankcard Systems

Came to know S&S Bancard through Independent Tire Dealer Group and they have been a great find. Customer service is something that is a lost art but not with S&S. They have gone out of there way to help us knowing we are a very busy shop and cannot afford to be having issues with terminals, processing or even reading statements. And most importantly, I cannot stress enough how pleasant it is to receive one on one help with professionals and not have to go through an automated system. If your a small business I would highly consider S&S.

Came into my office this morning and the credit card terminal was not working at all. I called Jeff at 7:30 in the morning told me he will be getting me a new terminal around 10:00 in the morning, well he showed up at 9:30 with a new terminal better than the old one. What a great company. I highly recommend S&S for all businesses.

Hands-Down the BEST Credit Card Processing Service Company. I work for a Top-Quality Custom Hot Rod Shop, Scott's Hotrods 'n Customs. Over the years we had used many different credit card processors and were extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service, follow through and the way our account was handled in general. We process credit cards daily and our annual revenue is in the millions, so we require top-quality, fast & reliable service. Jeff Skelton and Ron at S&S provide the excellent service that we need and that is why we continue to use them. We have been doing business with S&S for many years now. We have gone thru store terminal changes/upgrades, as well as multiple websites processing. Our rep Ron Winitzky is always instantly available whenever we need help or have a question. I recommend him anytime someone asks me who is our merchant processor. Thanks Ron!
