        Ive been member for over a decade. Rarely return anything. Sales checkout bald person John refused take new shoe pair back because soles had some dust on it and he claimed store policy. I had to call the manager who processed the return. Those entire transaction was awkward left bad taste. This John employee needs training or replacement.
