Love this place. A bit pricey but the quality is worth it. Best to join the co-op. It's only $30 for lifetime membership, and you get great discounts.

Customer service could definitely use some improvement. Tried to give this place a few chances and only one staff member ever greeted or helped me. Disappointed to say the least and I wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for helpful and attentive staff.

Terrible experience at this REI. They are racist and will target people of color while nonstop harassing you over memberships. Came in last Friday and despite it being pretty busy, one of the associates approached us and was very pushy for a membership. After telling him that we didnt want it, he kept on following us around and talking about it. After we told him no a second time, he walked away and within earshot, spoke into his radio with a description of what I was wearing. Not too long later, another associate approached us and asked if we wanted a membership and we had to tell her no another 2 times. I perceived this as racial profiling. At the counter, the cashier asked us again if we wanted to be members and went on with a whole rehearsed pitch for it. After we told him no, he CONTINUED with the pitch and was super pushy with it. He would not move on he continued with the membership stuff for another few minutes. After we told him NO for the third time, we left the store. They did not know that my daughter was checking out separately behind us and she overheard them getting frustrated and then laughing about how dumb it is to not become a member. I felt so embarrassed and pressured and will never come to any REI every again.
