        Great staff, Cameron was wonderful! He put back the shoe rack I embarrassingly plummeted into with my wheelchair! Haha! Had a laugh; it's nice to feel gentle spirits and embraced with humor when there is catastrophe. I bought baby shoes for my friend's nooboo that is on the way, and it worked out well. ^_^

        Great experience in the past but earlier this week I called asking questions about ski rentals and a very nice lady gave me details only to go and find out they no longer do ski rentals.

        REI is my favorite store. This one at Folsom is one of the stores I visited very often. This store is not very big. So shopping at this store seems easier and I can still find everything I'm looking for in this store. REI carried all the brands I liked. The employees at this store are the same as in other stores. They're so helpful and friendly all the time. I usually can get a parking space near the store quickly. This parking lot is less busy compared with another REI in the Sacramento area.
