        The Worst Customer Service I have ever experienced from a Wells Fargo Bank. I experienced Racial Discrimination on top of Racist remarks from the Manager by the name of Mercedes Carr. I have never in my life experienced such disrespectful behavior from a banks manager. I was trying to cash my ADP payroll check and she wouldnt verify it and told me to go elsewhere because I was asking what was going on my checks never had any issues. I had the right to ask what she was doing. I took my business to another Wells Fargo and had no issues. No customer should be subjected to such disrespect. I WILL DEFINITELY BE WRITING A LETTER TO WELLS FARGO

        This bank has been really accessible to me and I'm glad that there is one at this mall. The employees are friendly. It's great that it has a drive-thru ATM as well.
