I had an amazing experience at this store in the Santa Rosa ca. Location. Valera was amazing and really went out of her way to help not only take advantage of the Jean exchange but also found me a second pair of jeans so I could get the bogo deal also. Thank you Valera for all your help.

The girl who took my sale needs better customer service skills. Her attitude was very dry. Not even a smile nor a thank you.

Talk about HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE i think for being one of the most known brands among all audiences they lack when selecting some of their employees. We went in there because I told a friend there jeans are really good quality. We wanted an in an out type of but because we had children, as we walk in we ask a young girl doing inventory by the door where her mom jeans where to be pointed to the exact direction. And with the most ATTITUDE in the world, eyes rolled back and all, she says IN THE WALL OVER THERE. Keep in mind they have jeans in most of their walls. No use SMH . I could have figured it out myself I needed more directed customer service. No relation or eye contact with client = poor customer retention.
