I went to the store in Paseo Nuevo today with an online return. There were some issues with my order, it's almost as if it was missing. We couldn't even find it on the app! The young lady who was helping me was great...her name is Margo. She was trying to help find it on my phone while navigating Wi-Fi and all the other issues that were thrown her way. When finally we just decided we would try to return it at home by printing up a shipping label. When I asked Margo if I would be able to print I one if the order is gone she called over her manager, Ana. She was so helpful and told her to call customer service to find out what credit card I used. Then she finally just said go ahead and return it to the card she has. Returning something can be frustrating sometimes, there's all sorts of red tape you have to deal with. But Margo and Ana went above and beyond to help me and I left the store happy and no longer frustrated. Thank you Ana and Margo for all your help, your friendly demeanor and going above and beyond for me! I truly appreciate all you did.
