Unfriendly staff.Young lady at the register was sarcastic and just plain unfriendly.  The guy who helped answer questions about shoes was nice enough (manager?) but that girl kind of spoiled the experience.At the end of the transaction she also tried to straight refuse giving a receipt unless I have her my email address.  After a little back and forth (in which she was low key super disrespectful) she pressed a couple buttons on the register and out popped a receipt.I don't think I'll be going back.

Footlocker is now like a Payless shoe source. All the shies they carry are garbage and yhier discontinued there more popular brands. Better shopping onljne.

Absolute joke of a store? Who even knows whats customer service anymore? I guess shortage of workers is leading to bad customer service. I bought shoes as a gift that was left in box and never tried on. The manager who had brown/black hair and a beard claimed that were worn and that I was lying and told me I could get 0 refund. So I guess I was sold shoes that were worn and was set up to lose. It blows my mind that the manager belittled me and threatened to call security because it was "policy." There is a reason Nike and Adidas sell of their website and these business like Foot Locker are dying. I can't believe they have employees that treat people like this. Not to mention the other girl laughing and thinking this was a joke. Do not go here unless you want to get scammed, you're better off with a return policy from Nike or Adidas than this place.
