To The Store Manager or District Manager I was at this location less than 20 minutes ago. I bought the Crocs I am currently wearing from this location months ago and came to purchase 1-2 more pairs. The individual who was helping me was told what I was looking for, right Im the middle of helping me she turns away from me and starts helping someone else without asking me if I minded (I do have time constraints today) she rudely turned to help him as if I wasnt there and I had already told her I was going to purchase another pair of Crocs for sure. SUPER DISRESPECTFUL!!!! You lost business today because customer service was very below average and did not meet customer expectations/satisfaction. I used to work at lady footlocker when I was younger so I know this is completely unacceptable. Check the cameras if youd like. I am African American, was wearing black pants and a grey shirt, striped crocs on my feet, sunglasses and a black mask. You will see how she was very disrespectful. I saw she was trying to tell the assistant manager another version re: why I left but nope, check the camera. It does not lie. It didnt help that she is Mexican and stopped helping me to help someone else who is of her ethnicity. Not a great experience. Made me wonder was that the reason: I am a nurse and I have sent other nurses to this location. Please retrain this individual ASAP before you lose more business.
