        The customer service here has really gone downhill, the manager stands in the front and doesnt even greet you when you come in or when you leave. If you need a shoe you need to walk to the register because all the associates are just standing there talking to each other instead of walking around to help customers. This store seriously needs better management and associates.

        Employees were friendly and asked if I needed help and welcomed me and my son in the store. We received help from a female employee for shoe sizes and and a male employee helped look for sizes in sweaters that I couldn't reach.
