My daughter recently moved to Santa Cruz, and we needed a plumber. I am glad I called Eco-Flow. I spoke with Scott, who was very polite. He sent us Jose and Jesus, an impressive team that did a fantastic job. They were professional, polite, and came prepared to take care of our plumbing needs. Before they left, they double-checked their work and ensured everything was done safely and correctly. By far the most professional and polite plumbing team I've ever done business with. Thank you again, Jose and Jesus. If I could give Eco-Flow 100 stars, I would. It goes without saying that we will always use Eco-Flow. Since we are from France. Scott is a nice guy who charges $186 an hour. If you can afford that, I'm sure he can do the job. However, we had a trade deal & he didn't honor his end of the bargain. I ended up hiring another plumber who was eager & enthusiastic about my project. Scott does a good job of listening, and I think if he wants to, he can provide the services you need.

Two years ago Eco-Flow Plumbing installed a water heater for me. They worked with me to replace my old one with a newer model. Every other plumber wanted to replace it with their preferred water heater at 2-3 times the price. This year, Eco-Flow replaced my shower faucet. My old faucet/cylinder is no longer being manufactured, so this was a complex faucet change. They did a fantastic job. Scott reviews his team's work and ensures everything is perfect. Had our main water line replaced, sewage trap and main sewage line replaced because it was old and a matter of time before it would break,new water heater replaced ,Toto toilet replaced with all new parts, and a new water faucet.The entire crew was professional and very polite and clean. My wife is happy with everything they have done all in about a little over a week. Highly recommended.
