Fantastic and quick. No fuss compared to other plumbers we dealt with - they went straight to work and got things done and even apologized for the time it took them even though they were way more efficient than a few other plumbers I have used over the years. I had toilets with a smaller than usual connector valve under the tank, and 2 other plumbers whine and refused to touch them, but not Santa Cruz Plumbing. They just said , don't worry, it's a bit challenging but we will take care of it. They are my go to for all issues.

I highly recommend Santa Cruz Plumbing, they are absolutely my first call for any plumbing needs. I called to schedule multiple appointments and they scheduled me right away. Gilbert came out to our house multiple times to install a new faucet, fix a kitchen leak, flush our tank water heater, and install a PRV on our water main. Gilbert was professional and did a fantastic job each and very time. Invoicing process is smooth with multiple ways to pay. Thanks Santa Cruz Plumbing!

My shower had extremely low water flow (for years) and suddenly no hot water.  A plumber had checked the water flow two different times and couldn't fix it; an excellent handyman also couldn't fix it.Scottie to the rescue.  He is excellent:  efficient, competent, professional and courteous.  He had to go look for a part and including doing that, finished the job in 1-1/2 hours..  He also checked the water meter outside.  The shower is, at last, thanks to Scottie, working as it should:  good water flow, and hot water.   He seemed as delighted as I when the shower was fixed. Santa Cruz Plumbing is definitely my go to plumbing store.  Scottie gets a 10!
