Lightning fast and very professional! 5 stars! Other plumbers took weeks to schedule then did not bother to come or follow through, Duncan Plumbing came the very same day and my water heater replacement was done in 3 days! Briana, Mitch, Miguel, and the other Duncan Plumbing team members were very friendly, professional, and I am very happy with the quality of the work. They even called to make sure everything was running well.

Simply the best. The technician arrived on time, actually a little early, knew the radiant heating system better than anyone that has looked at it before. He explained the system and the repair process in detail. He obviously cared about the quality of his workmanship and in providing a positive customer experience. Based on this repair I would recommend Duncan Plumbing to anyone.

Very expensive for the minimal amount of work that was. done. Had to accept the quote under the circumstances. Will try another company next time. I will rely on friends and acquaintances for a recommendation next time.
