Needed my food disposer replaced. They were able to do it on Saturday, but with an additional fee ($59). Arrived early but fine with me. The quote was on the high side, considering I provided the appliance. I needed it done, and I was already paying for a Saturday call, so I agreed even though I felt overcharged. The plumber was respectful and professional and did a clean job in about an hour (less?). Got a $35 savings coupon and promotional gift bag, which could be considered a little overkill for all the trinkets it had (you should refuse the bag of promo stuff if you're trying to avoid unnecessary plastic things). Tightened the other plumbing connections. Follow-up by the company to leave a review can be described as relentless. All and all a good experience minus a star because of the price.
