Ethan Allen

The designer Liyuan Chen was great at the San Mateo Location. Her suggestions were really good. We are really happy with the purchase. We are hoping that this family room purchase will last as long as our bedroom pieces from Ethan allen has lasted! We have had those for twenty years now.

We've always been a huge fan of Ethan Allen furniture, considering their quality, sense of design, and the like. That said, the sole reason for furnishing our entire home through Ethan Allen is Karla at the San Mateo store! We met Karla at the store and when she realized we were struggling to visualize how key pieces fit at our home, she immediately offered to do a home visit to help us design the space optimally. She promptly made it to our home, listened intently and tailored her recommendations perfectly based on everything she heard from us, stretched our scope of thought, and ultimately, set up the most wonderful spaces we could have ever imagined. She followed up regularly through the process of delivery and set up, ensured we were truly satisfied with everything, and regularly sent us ideas and furniture/decor recommendations for the various spaces in the house that we hadn't paid a ton of attention to. This was the most fulfilling experience and we cannot thank Karla enough for her amazing help and dedication throughout the whole process. Ethan Allen is lucky to have her on their team and needless to say, we're going to recommend her to all our friends and family for the rest of our lives :)
