image THE WORSE OF THE WORSE NIGHTMARE!
I have spend $14K on 9 pieces at Ethan Allen Tustin Location. I cannot believe the lack of quality control. I expected more and only the best from Ethan Allen.
The designer TAYLOR BURKHARDT at the Tustin location is very nice, professional and helpful!
Received delivery on March 22, 2024. They delivered the 6 PIECES WITH DAMAGES. The delivery guys were rushed to dropped off the 6 pieces and rushed out. I trusted Ethan Allen brand, I ONLY expect top notch quality for all of the items, and excellent customer service. I am very disappointed.
1-The MING Media Console is manufacture damaged, and there are damages caused from rubbing my hallway wall during delivery.
2- The 3 Jewel Metal Base Counter Stool- the fabric part have tear with dark stains all over ( coming from Ethan Allen I would expect the best quality fabric), and the metal base have dents with scratches.
3- The 2 Karter Cylinder Table Lamp the Crystal base part are scratched.
Today is March 26, 2024 the delivery team is scheduled to stop by to take photos of the 6 damaged pieces. These damaged pieces are still at my home taking up the space, I will not and cannot use the items as it is not in Brand New perfect condition as it suppose to be. Until the issues are solve I am mentally stress, couldnt sleep at night, and physically stuck. I hope and trust Ethan Allen prioritize to correct these issues AS SOON AS POSSIBLE so I can go back to the normal at home.
Please do your research before you order anything from Ethan Allen. To take your time to inspect all items prior to allowing it enter your home.
I should have asked from the people who actually had their items delivered how satisfied they are! I am pretty sure I am not the only one who feel extremely unhappy, stress, and think their time and money are wasted.
I like to share the photos of the 6 damaged pieces, but I cannot find how to upload the photos.
I will keep everyone with the updates once I hear from Ethan Allen team.

Customer service I hope. I have been a very long time customer of Ethan Allen. I have purchased anything new lately but when reconstructed a new kitchen and floors, Peter Li ( Shijun) took time to visit my home in chaos and help me plan for my new counter and pendant lights. Right away we connected and he could see my taste. A great encourager in a very stressful time.
It was a new interior decorator consultant for me, but perfect with his vision and capacity to integrate the old with the mew that was becoming.
My kitchen project came out fabulous and his suggestions on point. I not only appreciate his patience, his kindness, professional demeanor, but how he gave me such i dividualized time and truly listened to me trying to express my needs. Spending 6 mos in construction and finally teach the end, final touches need to be right.
I am thank you for have chosen Ethan Allen and pleased as always.

image I'm going backward in my experience, because the best was last. The delivery guys were super! They arrived on time, were courteous, respectful of my white carpet, took the time to ensure the bed was set up correctly, gave me hints as to how to move it, used care when handling my furniture.
Scheduling my delivery was a little hard. I had moved and my address was not correct; despite have requested the change. Therefore, the scheduler said delivery could not be set up until I contacted my sale person. I contacted him to make the change again. It took 2.5 weeks to get it rescheduled. I didn't get a phone call back right away, I called left a message.
Sales person was great. I knew what I wanted and he ensured I had the right fabric, color and style.
