Just bought myself futon mattress at the San Mateo store.
Miguel was terrific - educating me all the way with all the options available and taking the decision to buy one did not take long.
Will post an update on product experience in a few weeks.
Update: 4/6 - Experienced fast delivery of mattress and happy with the purchase! Pure comfort mattress has been a great upgrade from my old spring mattress and sleep quality definitely improved. Make sure to ask about mattress care instructions while shopping cause these do require flipping & rotating frequently.

We made a couple of visits before purchasing and Marco was great. He really took care of us with advice on wallhugger frames and best of all, recommended a stain-resistant cover that paid for itself about five minutes after setup! Also thanks Burt and Jose for painless delivery.
