Wells Fargo Bank

I have been coming to this Wells Fargo for years and it has just gotten worst with time. Today I waited in like for 15 minutes to be helped while a manager that could have support her one teller by opening another station just hovered over her. Not only could this have helped the line good quick but it could have saved there customers some time to get to work or where ever they were going. This branch really needs to do better.

I went to get a personal loan and an agent told me they couldn't give me a loan, they checked my credit and said they couldn't help me and they also had reliable customer service and at one point they told me I had no options with Well Fargo after having a good credit with them and I already paid almost a credit card of 8000 dolors and I only wanted to lend 3000 dolors and my credit is 735 and of the 8000 I only owe them 1588 and 35 cents

Randomly closed for a week, ATM is out of money. Such a useful place. What a joke.

Long line not enough clerks only one behind desk 3:45 pm (Monday)and about 15 people are waiting in line not under good management
