Worst bank ever to do business with. Since the merger with Columbia bank, Umpqua has become the bank of frauds, thieves and criminals. Stay away if you don't wanna lose all your balance and savings.
Got a prank call indicating that my bank card has been illegally charged for $59.00. I quickly logged-in to my account while on the call and could not see the charge. They stressed they could see it on their side. Few days later, $13k disappeared from my accounts. Don't do business with these people, they are bad people since the merger with Columbia bank merger. Stay away. To be honest, there shouldn't be a star at all for this bank.
Unfortunately there isn't a zero star or no star rating. If there was, I would have given them a "no star" or zero star.
