I have banked with US Bank for years. I went in to add a savings account and was helped by Jason. He was quick to offer his assistance, knowledgeable about accounts and answered my questions in a very personable manner. In less than 20 minutes I was out the door - almost less time than it took me to find a parking spot!

The teller should pay attention to what the customer asks for. I was waiting 15 minutes for the banker but she was helping another customer so I asked the teller for a W2 Interest earned a certain tax year so I can file my income taxes. He prints me out the wrong form. Waste of my time! I couldve called customer service and they wouldve given me the total interest earned for that tax year. If he was more professional he should ASK and confirm if that was the correct tax year he printed out for me. A child could do a more efficient job!!!
