After sending Diane the email below, I knew I needed to write a review to tell EVERYONE about the great work that she does.  I know hypno-theraphy isn't widely known or often considered an option in healthcare today.  (When I first tried it years ago, I stumbled upon it, I certainly did not consider it a viable option for counseling.) I am here to tell you, it is! I experienced it years ago through counseling I did after a divorce, then sought it out recently for weight issues which is how I found Diane Edwards.  She is fantastic!  If you have any type of hang up that you can't seem to conquer or wrap your brain around, Call Diane!  She is thoughtful, caring, kind, experienced and the very best in her field.The email I sent to Diane after a few sessions: "Hi Diane, I wanted to write to tell you I have been feeling really good about my body for the last couple of days. (I am finally writing with positive news, right??? :) I definitely owe it all to you!! I have had more peace with myself over this last week than I have had in a while.  I haven't weighed myself so Idk if I've lost weight or not but I like what I see in the mirror (more than I have in a long time) and I think my clothes are fitting looser. I can't thank you enough! I know I have a ways to go, however, this is HUGE PROGRESS for me.  Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! "Diane, Thank you for helping me to see the roadblocks I placed in my own life that obstructed my success.  You are wonderful and I appreciate you!

I debated when to write this review as time is a factor for me with this service.  Now feels like a good time.One week ago I worked with Diane to become a non-smoker.  I'd successfully quit years ago and stayed a non-smoker for 5+ years.  This time around, I'd been smoking for the last 3 years and quitting was proving more challenging.After my session with Diane, everything has been going smoothly.  I still have stimuli in my life that would typically have ended up with me smoking.  This week has been a great indicator of things to come, though, as I haven't needed to give it much thought.  I'm pretty excited because it'll just continue getting easier from here!

I believe there are times in a person's life when an angel appears at the exact moment you need one - and Diane was that angel who appeared in my life just when I needed her. I originally went to Diane for weight loss, and within a month or so of hypnosis and counseling, suddenly, out of nowhere, I was inspired to start an eating program where I lost 30 pounds in 30 days. Now I look great, feel great, and have changed my whole lifestyle completely! And I have not gained back one single pound! After such great success the first time, I wanted to work on how I would feel overwhelmed and then shut down as a result of it. Shutting down did not serve me ell, nor make me very unproductive in growing my business. After just one session, my becoming overwhelmed and shutting down left immediately, and has never returned again. Since that one session, I have been more productive than I have ever been, in more than 20 years. Since I received such amazing results both times, Diane was the first person I thought to turn to when my marriage of 13 years, was faced with an incredibly painful situation.... ...a situation I never imagined would ever be a part of my marriage. So, I needed an experienced person who could help me unravel all the messy, painful feelings, which were tearing me apart inside. Having successfully worked with Diane before on two major issues, I knew two things about her: 1. She is an expert in her field, who knows what she is doing. 2. She is amazingly compassionate, intuitive, and extremely insightful. Fast forward to a mere two weeks later... ...after meeting with her only 3 times, the healing I experienced in two short weeks, was nothing short of unbelievable! And if you knew everything that happened to me, you probably wouldn't believe it was possible to begin healing that fast, either! In a few short days, I could sleep all night long, and was feeling better than I ever imagined possible. I'm not saying I didn't still hurt inside. I'm saying the hurt inside went from unbearable pain to amazing relief - in just a few short days. She was able to guide me and help me gain deep insights into my situation, quicker and more effectively than any other therapist I had ever been to before. And believe me, I'd been to some top therapists in the past. So, whether you need hypno-therapy to overcome or deal with some deep issue, or if you need some a good therapist, I can tell you this... ...if your experiences are anything like mine, Diane will help you change your life in ways you would never have imagined possible. There are some things in life that have to be experienced in order to fully understand them, because words cannot fully describe certain experiences. And what I have experienced by working with Diane, is one of those things that cannot be fully expressed in words... ...you just have to experience it to fully understand it. But I can assure you this. She cares about the people, and she knows how to work with you exactly where you are in your life. And this quality alone is a rare quality to find in a therapist!
