Hapa Yoga

If you have ever wanted to do Yoga Teacher Training, Hapa is an amazing place to do so. Besides the great structure of the course, you are truly supported all along. The Hapa community is wonderful, and I am so glad to have found it. Even if your intention is not to become a teacher, going through YTT is a great way to make new friends, deepen your yoga practice, and do some introspective work.

I love Ritual! It is my favorite yoga class in SF hands down. I love the music, the dark room, and the instructors attention to corrections as you practice. I also enjoy how the practice integrates thoughtful mediations throughout class. I took my friend last week and he loved it. Agreed it was the best. Now it's on our workout routine cycle!

Amazing place to be! Very welcoming to all ages and abilities. I went out on a limb and recently complete the Yoga Teacher Training here. I am so happy that I did not pass up this opportunity. I have gained and grown so much throughout this experience- more than I thought a 200 hour class could offer. Tina is wonderful and supportive- has a wealth of knowledge and loves to teach and share with others. If you are interested in doing something like this, here it is!

While I love all the classes at Hapa Yoga, these last few months of Yoga Teacher Training have been so incredible, challenging, and transformational. The owner and instructors have been so amazing to dedicate their time, patience, and presence to all the students. Graduating doesn't feel like being done, it feels like my whole world just opened up to new possibilities.
