We love VCA Peninsula! They've been caring for our boy Blue since he was just a little puppy. He has had some scary sicknesses over the years and they always get us in and treated right away. They are compassionate, thorough and transparent and we truly are so thankful to have found a vet that feels like they love our boy as much as we do. Dr. Brookman, Dr. Eng, Revi, Debbie, Tami and all of the veterinary assistants are exceptional people. We recommend them to everyone we know! Blue loves going to see his friends there and we know he will get the best care possible! Thank you guys for being so awesome for the last *almost* 4 years :)

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! They will scam you out of your money. They had the audacity to charge me over 400$ and didnt even give my pet the right medication for a very common medical condition. Front desk lady is extremely rude and condescending and techs couldnt care less. Extremely disrespectful and incompetent. I will never be back.

I had such a wonderful experience here under the worst of circumstances. I had just driven from Salt Lake City to San Diego for a work conference with my 16 year old chihuahua. Somehow on the drive she managed to injure her leg and was screaming in pain and unable to walk. I made an appt here for as soon as I arrived, and it turns out my dog had dislocated her hip. The vet was calm, kind and knowledgable and the staff were so accommodating and helpful. I was so stressed and upset but despite the bad news about her hip, I felt so much better after having my little girl seen here. I don't live in SD, but if I did, this would for sure be my vet!
