First of all, this is probably the most beautiful showroom I have ever seen. The design was stunning, and the selection is HUGE, without being overwhelming. Galit (the salesperson working yesterday) was quite knowledgeable about not only the products, but certain elements of the install, which I quite admired! She took as good care of me as what she was able to with the resources she had, I believe.
The part of this experience that made me less than happy was the complete lack of transparency when it came to pricing. I definitely get the sense that this is one of those: if you have to ask, you cant afford it, situations. If I had known how extremely expensive the tile sold here was, I would not have driven an hour out of my way to visit. The fact that NONE of the tile displays have pricing available in the store feels substantially inefficientIm figuring that most people who shop here dont have a budget (and dont need to ask how much a tile costs!). And, if thats you, I think you will absolutely love this store. But, if money is a thing for you (like it is for me), this place might make you feel more like a hassle, than a valued customer, since the salespeople seem to be put through the ringer every time youve an inquire about pricing :(

The rudeness and lack of assistance from the gal yesterday was beyond me. The gal at the counter didnt get up her gluteus to greet us or to even walk us through the different product offerings.

Despite what Google says, they do not offer in-store pickup, even on small orders. All orders must either be picked up at their warehouse in Cerritos or shipped at the customer's expense. Outside of that they sell some nice products, if overpriced.

This is about the brand, not the store. We used Porcelanosa tiles, quite pricey, in our kitchen and laundry area. They are porcelain tiles with a matte finish that has a slight sheen. However, they water spot badly. Porcelanosa has a cleaning product called Porce-clean which is sold only in Europe and is not stocked here. In the UK, it sells for about $10 (USD). To bring it here and have it shipped to me, it will cost over $70. I suggest you do no use this brand of tile in your home as they are essentially a European company and do not provide the full range of services to their US customers which any domestic tile manufacturer would.
