        Update: Thanks Robert on helping us return the tiles eventually!! ==================================================== I have to say the people work here are friendly, but overall I am very upset with the purchase. We got a small sample from the store, and after check the photo online, we decide to purchase tile for our bathroom. Our contractor took the tile and put them on, when we actually see the tile we have already done 2 of 3 bathrooms. Attach the photo and online screenshot here, the actually tile have too many black strike that is very different from the small sample and online photo.
