We worked with HW flooring on LVP floor for our condo.
Sam the owner is very professional.
He knows the details on how to install floors properly. We have some issues with our plywood subfloor and Sam identified the issues and asked his installation team to fix them for us. In fact, he is the only person (among all other flooring companies we interviewed) that pointing out one of the issues for the subfloor.
He is also very responsible after the installation. We realized one section of the LVP floor is not well-leveled. We asked to re-do that section and he promptly asked his installer to come back to fix it within couple of days.
He is also very organized. He keeps track of all the payment records. He will send a invoice update after each payment is made during the project.

This is the second time I've worked with Sam Wakil, owner, of HW flooring in Rancho Bernardo . The first was nearly 2 years ago when he and his team completed whole house flooring removal and new install of carpet and luxury vinyl plank flooring. Fast forward, he and his team were very responsive after a recent flood in kitchen and dining room. His highly experienced crew were able to alternately "lace" the three widths of 5"-7"-9" planks back into the existing floor that had been pulled by an ER restoration company that didn't believe the flooring could be reused. HW was able to salvage much of the old flooring with damaged pieces cut off and using some of the extras that had been saved. It was like putting all the pieces of a puzzle back together again. Only a skilled and experienced installer is capable and his team certainly met that challenge. Abdullah is the best of the best. The result is beautiful brand new flooring, no transition pieces and new baseboards added to match existing. They did an amazing job, totally satisfied with everything, and would highly recommend.
