Hit the brakes: Yes the initial review was glowing but after months of trying to work work them we gave up. I will not name the woman who worked with us, but suffice it to say she has an office in the showroom. We supplied drawings of the project but the responses were glacially slow and then the prices were astronomically high. She always had some excuse whether she blamed us or some other project was really big and ours was pushed to the back burner and would languish. (note we have now bought nearly 20 pallets of tile and 9 slabs for this project so this was not a small deal.) I cannot begin to tell you how exasperating she was. We invested a lot oft time in this process wwith her and were initailly reluctant to abandon that time and trouble. But ultimately we looked at the reality and took our extensive due diligence elsewhere and have been met with eager and top notch service and prices half of Stones Unlimited for very similar choices. Being attentive in the showroom and getting the the work done for the order are two very different tasks. One is ginger bread and the second is the meat and potatoes of getting fair prices and the materials delivered. Go elsewhere - Furthermore we read the reviews of so many people and decided that we could not risk our job to their bad support track record. the sales person's behavior reinforced that decision. I am very glad I went elsewhere. Here is the previous review as it was shown: There selection is head and shoulders over anyone else's. Whenever I have a question they are quick to respond but they are not hovering over me since most people, including my wife and me are looking through the huge selection of things they have from the glass tiles and ceramics to the large stone patterns and the slabs outside. When I have wanted to get something down of the wall it only took a few minutes to get someone to lift (the ridiculously) heavy display down and lay it on the floor for us to see. They have coffee and some chocolate to pick up your blood sugar during extended forays into Miramar material hunts, so you can keep going as long as your energy holds out. This is a top notch source for tile, and stone. So if you want to hunt for something nice and quality matters (this assumes you can tell the difference) then this place is on your punch list.

I love this company. There always on the cutting edge of what's happening in the building trends. I have found them to be honest and caring for my project. They were the only company I found that could show me a design of the picked out material in a color CAD drawing. Fantastic!

All I did was call and ask if they had scrap pieces that they would sell me. The guy who answered the phone said they didn't sell the remnants and asked who told me to call them. Google told me to call you. I asked what happens to the remnants. They get thrown in the trash. So, by the end of it all, I was told that I could buy the scrap from the trash bin for $300. I'm not a huge Eco-psycho, but if someone wants to purchase your trash, sell it to them, without attitude.
