Popped in to Emser to check out options on bathroom shower tile and saw some wonderful options on display.  They weren't quite what we were seeking, but after asking the very thoughtful and helpful CSR Vanessa a few questions, we stumbled on some surplus tile leftover from a big custom order that was pretty much what we looking for.  I'd like to give a huge shoutout to Christina Loveall who took great care of us - I wish I knew the two guys names that were there too, everybody there was awesome and made me laugh, hard :^D.  Will be back for more, for sure!!

Good selection, but terrible service. The lady at the front desk was rude. I didn't get her name however. She started helping me with selections and then in the middle of doing so, she walked away saying she had to finish up something and would be right back with me. An hour later she has still not returned. Would never recommend this place to anyone.

Never buy any product from this store customer service is so Bad..2nd too much Mistake from order 3 times..2nd Not honest. Never believe what ever they say also the warehouse boy always have bad attitude.....been coming here for years for some reason customer service got so bad
