        There's a short old lady that works here who has a bad attitude. Similar experience other fellow reviewers shared. I am going to a different UPS location from now on.

        Horrible, offensively rude female works at this location. Repeatedly interrupts, bad attitude. Sarcastic. Totally insulting. We just needed something printed out and she could not be bothered to do basic things like look in her own inbox and find the email. She literally hung up on me when I was telling her to check her inbox. Hung up on me. Fire this girl immediately if you care about your business. Seriously. As you could see there are multiple other terrible reviews about her here. Weds dec 20 at 9:51am. Whoever was there.
