I am very grateful for Stefan and Michelle's help today. I need a huge poster printed at the last minute. I called other FedEx locations and they told me there was a $15 surcharge for same day service. This location was the only one that was willing to let me pick up my poster the same day without paying extra for it. My poster came out amazing and I cannot thank Stefan and Michelle enough for their support!

I think I come here at least once a month to print something! They are always super helpful and realllllyy fast! I love knowing that they will print almost anything same day or even within a hour or two if it's a simple order!I try to order online and do a pick up in person because you save $$$ but they will even do orders via email with which I'll do when I'm in a pinch!

Do NOT trust this location with passport photos. We needed urgent photos and got them for my son here so we'd have them in time for our appointment at the Los Angeles federal building. We were traveling in 48 hours and this was the only way to get his passport due to covid issues. Turns out, the photos had a shadow and the federal building wouldn't accept them. We were SO lucky that the federal building resumed in person photos that week. If they hadn't, he wouldn't have been able to get his passport that day when we needed it. Employees need to be trained better on this or don't offer passport photos.
