Today, I needed to get two packages shipped for my nonprofit.
I gave myself an hour to finish this between work projects, and when I arrived, it was pretty busy.
At the time, there was only one employee, Tina. She was very calm and apologetic for the wait. While I was there, five different customers were already there or arrived after me.
Her computer system was a little slow, but she stayed positive, calm, and friendly, and she made sure all of us knew that we were her priority.
I have been in situations like hers and am not always calm and collected.
I want to give Tina a high five and five stars for her customer service and positive attitude. Great job choosing such a wonderful person to work at your store. I hope you all know how great she is, and if you need something shipped, I hope Tina is working that day!
