Worst company.. says they delivered to a business after hours a large package. Filed claim not received twice... NO response.
Would give zero stars but not an option!!!

The worst carrier company I have ever seen. I am waiting for 4 days to get my express delivery and they say we dont have any access your building, then call me whenever you come here I will take it from you in seconds, they say no we can not call you. Then i can pick up my package and they dont have this service. There are a lot of apartments in our building and they dont access to mailroom. How do they deliver then? Is that your business or just hobby?? Ive got a lot of package from other carriers and this is first one. There is no package no solution. They even dont care, I waited 3 hours in front of the mailroom yesterday and tracking site shows delivery are was not accessible. Liar and worst company.

REI often uses OnTrac and I always have a problem with OnTrac never actually delivering to my front door. I live in an apartment behind a house, so OnTrack always just leaves my packages next to our mailboxes located next to the house in the front; which has potential for theft. I never have that problem with USPS, Amazon, or UPS. The other companies deliver right to my front door.REI stuff typically isn't cheap either, so it's frustrating that OnTrac isn't as efficient. There is not even an option on the website to leave a note for delivery instructions. I'm not sure if that is because I order from REI. Still, USPS and UPS don't have that option and they delivery my packages properly. Amazon does have the delivery instruction option. OnTrac is just behind the rest.

Ordered products from REI. Shipping delay the first time I get but then next day says out for delivery. Then evening time delay again. There are 3 means of getting this package to me. To have a delivery service fail at delivering packages is pretty ridiculous. Garbage pail delivery service. Don't understand how they stay in business. How about a phone call or a message about why the package is delayed. Wish this review site had zero stars
