Carmel Mountain Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center

Just home from Carmel Mountain Rehab after a 2-week stay. It was an ordeal made worse by some inattentive, unsympathetic staff. My bed was in a room that looked worse than the worst Motel 6 - decades old paint, filthy looking baseboards and bathroom fixture. They call it a 5 star facility. I dont. (I took photos.)

This facility has been by far the most clean i have visited. I come regularly, and it is unfortunate that only bad reviews are left when in reality there have been thousands of positive experiences untold. after scrolling and reading the past reviews I can say that Carmel mountain provides the utmost respect to their residents and I have experienced this first hand. No one wants to go into a Nursing facility, but if you must Carmel Mountain is hands down number 1!

I had the pleasure of working at Carmel Mountain Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center for a significant period, and my experience was nothing short of exceptional. The company's commitment to a positive work environment, professional growth, and employee well-being truly set it apart. The management team at Carmel Mountain demonstrated strong leadership, especially Matt (Administrator) & Katrina ( Director of Respirator/Clinical Liaison) fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation. The workspaces were well-maintained, and the facilities provided a conducive atmosphere. Their feedback echoed my sentimentsfinding the facility to be exceptionally good. I can genuinely say, this facility goes above and beyond to make sure patients feel cared for and have received the attention they need and require to get home to their loved ones. I would highly recommend this facility to family and friends.
