My wife and I worked with Realty Rehab to buy our first home. We really cannot say enough about their team. My brother and I were tired of renting out our condo as our last tenant completely destroyed the place. Bill was willing to meet us late at night to see our damaged condo and put together a plan to rehab and sell. 3 weeks later with new kitchen, bathrooms, flooring and paint we were able to list our condo. Within 2 weeks we had an offer for our asking price and we did not have to pay for the construction until we closed escrow. I highly recommend Realty Rehab.
