feel so fortunate to have found Teresa and LiveSmart Chiropractic! Dr. Teresa Crossley began seeing me in my 2nd trimester. I have always gone to a chiropractor throughout my fertility treatments, but never to someone who specialized in maternal and infant care. What a difference!! It sounds like a no-brainer, but even if you love your chiropractor, while pregnant and in post partum, seeing someone specialized in what is going on with your body is so important. Im 42 years old having my first baby and my entire pregnancy I was amazing! No aches, no gestational diabetes, no preeclampsia, no scares - I felt truly fortunate to be able to have the quality of care that she provided. Now that I am a mom, getting around is hard! She books up, but is flexible! Once youre in her care she will work with you on scheduling. Being able to bring my baby in for a family visit and both be seen is so critical during the newborn stage. My baby and I had a rough delivery so it was very important to me that he was checked out to ensure no tightness so he could latch well while breast feeding. We were able to get in and she knows how to handle newborns. Dont be scared! If your baby cries, when your baby cries I should say, she is gentle and wont rush him or her along. Theres a softness to her. I cant say enough great things about her! And shes hilarious too!

I first came to Dr. Teresa out of curiosity, so I brought all 3 of my kids ages newborn to 5 at the time. I've heard great things about chiropractic, but I didn't want to believe it until I saw results. Over the last 4 years, Dr. Teresa and Dr. Trevor have supported me during postpartum and pregnancy (out of my 4 pregnancies, my last one with the support of Dr. Teresa was my best one), helped my child through injuries (broken arm, bike crashes, neck pains), helped my baby with nursing/latching issues/tongue tie, helped my husband through back injuries, helped one of my children with bedwetting, helped me with rare migraines, pointed me to other referrals if I needed more help, AND helped me deal with insurance! I'm so thankful for their support for our family and they have changed a lot about how we think about healthcare! They are way more hands on in our day to day health than our own primary care doctors! I've personally recommended a lot of my friends to them...so this public review is a long time coming! Thank you, Dr. Teresa and Dr. Trevor!!

Dr Teresa is the best Chiropractor that ever was! She can adjust my difficult neck when no one else can. She not only is a gifted healer, she has the greatest vibe and I always feel better both physically and emotionally after I have been treated!

Dr. Teresa and Dr. Trevor are wonderful. I originally came to their practice when I was pregnant and was seeking someone with expertise in adjustments for breech. Teresa was took so much time and care to explain how she would adjust me, and I always felt better after seeing her. I had a bad experience with other chiros in the past but Live Smart has really changed my perspective on chiropractics. I continued to see her after pregnancy and also with my second pregnancy. They offer massage, cupping, heat all as part of their adjustments whereas others we visited just do a fast adjustment and boot you out the door. They are both flexible and accommodating for appointments when I've had issues pop up. They are welcoming of kids coming for appointments and have toys to keep them entertained. They are also well priced for their service. Highly recommend!

Dr. Teresa is fantastic! I've been going to her for a little less than a year, but getting to know her monthly, I feel like she and I have been friends for much longer. She's so personable and kind, and gentle and patient with my ASD+ADHD kiddo. I feel so refreshed after seeing her and already look forward to the next time I can come in for a treatment. 100% recommend for all families. You won't regret it!!!!
