He will customize the workouts just for you, based on your level of conditioning as well as taking into account any injuries you may have. And if you are feeling really tired, drained or whatever, let him know, and he will modify the workout on the spot. No cookie cutter training with Jeff. Super nice and super smart!

Jeff is a keeper. I’ve had many trainers but he is the one that I have stayed with the longest. He customizes my workout to my specific health needs and is a pleasure to train with. When Jeff relocated I was reluctant to train remotely. I thought it would be a lesser experience. Boy was I wrong! He still kicks my butt and provides a satisfying workout via zoom. He visited my home and set me up with the proper equipment and the next week we were off and running! Each session is new and fresh and quite ingenious. I save time not having the back and forth gym commute and get the benefits of the physical workout as well as the social interaction. All in the safety of my own home. Thank you Jeff.
