I freaking love this gym! Conor is a wealth of knowledge in the fitness space. The workouts he creates have really good movements that have vastly improved my performance in volleyball. He also makes it really fun. Definitely recommend!!

Super fun and engaging workout! Worked out with Conor and had only 2 other people working out with me. I really got a lot of attention from Conor. He was on top of progressions and making weight adjustments quickly! Will definitely be back!

Conor is an excellent personal trainer. He is knowledgable, passionate, and works with his clients to create a plan that helps you achieve your specific physical goals. When recovering from an ACL surgery, Conors program helped me feel confident playing to get back on the court and play basketball again. I cant recommend him enough!

Conor is a fantastic trainer. He put together a personalized workout routine given my schedule and available equipment. He even made sure to address my shoulder injury with the workouts, tailoring each day to help improve mobility and strength. Highly recommend signing up for a session with him. You wont regret it!

Conor has been my trainer for years and his classes are extremely engaging. He's quick to spot and correct my form when needed and always does it with a positive attitude, when in doubt just ask him to check you. His music choice is stellar with some millennial throwback jams. He's a pretty funny dude, some light banter makes the workout fly by.

FFIT
Personal and Semi-Private (Groups of 2-3) Training Sessions offered. 3 Stations with their respective points of emphasis: Turf, Rack, and Bench. Turf focuses on core, moblity, functional movements involving bands, kettlebells, discs, and stability balls. The Rack station focuses on strength and functional movements as well involving a barbell, plates, a pulley system, and a suspension training. The Bench station focuses on building strength and muscle performing accessory lifts using dumbbells and battle ropes.Nutrition coaching also available to supplement your goals whether that be losing fat or building lean muscle.
