I went into this branch and the manager Rosalie was a total witch. I asked her about getting a new debit card bc both my debit and drivers license was missing. Since I didn't have my ID with me I showed her my DOD card...she said "You need a card from the government" I told her it was, hello??? What, she doesn't get that a DOD card is the government??? It says on the back of the card, PROPERTY OF THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT" Then she said, "Well it has to be from the state of CA" A total IDIOT for a manager, I got the card from Camp Pendleton which happens to be only 29 miles away from their location!!!! So YES, it qualifies for being in the state of CALIFORNIA,!! I also answered their security questions...TOTAL WITCH!

Their 1 outside ATM machine at this location is down half the time I go to use it; especially when trying to deposit funds. The Mira Mesa location has 2 outside tellers and are NEVER down.

This company as a whole is amazing! I got approved for a refi auto loan in less than an hour with fund available that day. I have been dealing with a horrible credit union and dealing with Navy Fed now is a breath of fresh air. A weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Thank you Navy Fed!!
